Compliance Administrative Support
Job Summary
Medcom Benefits Solutions is seeking a Compliance Administrative Support to join the team! We are looking for someone who is persistent, well-organized, has a sense of urgency, and is a self-starter. This position's primary focus is to maintain and ensure the accuracy of services and deliveries in Compliance software through effective coordination of communication between the Compliance department, clients, and incoming internal communications.
Job Duties
- Coordinate the compliance department through review of email correspondences from brokers, employers, and staff
- Direct inquiries and requests to appropriate Compliance staff
- Process, enter, and file documents submitted and requested in compliance software
- Maintain, update, and track document services and deliveries in compliance software
- Prepare statements of service upon delivery of documents and services for accounting to process
- Assist the Compliance Manager and Compliance Specialists as requested
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Work overtime as requested
- Other duties as assigned by the Compliance Manager
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent level of administrative office working experience and training
